Unfortunately, we could not find whoever was in charge of this, and there was no group set up in the designated area. There was a homeless man that had been waiting for the girl in charge, but he said he had not seen her in two weeks. Since nobody in the volunteer organization was there, I went to Whataburger to get some of the homeless people that were waiting at the location food.
