This was my last day at the Jones Center. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and hope I get to volunteer more here in the future. We got to get creative and help come up with a questionnaire for the Kentucky derby party. I loved how we got to help out in any way while being creative.

I got to help with the skating rule books. I had to print off all of the rules, 1,000s of pages. I then had to put them in each binder accoriding to the order. After doing so , i had to organize them from top to bottom in the right order. This helps those learning how to skate with all the rules and aspects of it.
I had to do extensive research over a few things that could improve The Jones Center. I had to find pricing, age range, and time range for swimming lessons. I also had to research the best pickle ball rackets and nets for the best price. These are needed things at the Jones center.
I had the pleasure of touring The Jones Center. Jeff Poole is our service learner guide and he took us all around the big center. We got to see the skatium, the gym, the pool, among other facilities located in the building. I am excited to begin working here each week.
