I enjoyed learning about masculinity and how it can bring about cultural and social effects through actions done. I especially enjoyed learning about how I can implement strategies in my own life.
I learned a large amount about credit, credit cards, and credit reports throughout the presentation. I especially enjoyed learning about how each thing you buy and do effect your credit score in many ways.
I was most engaged by the questions and scenarios presented for what affects credit scores. I especially found it interesting when the presenter explained how credit score is divided in terms of what affects it most and what it can effect.
During the Transfer Talk, I learned of the different school options that I hadn't considered before while also learning more of the colleges I did know about already. The students who did complete the transfer process and expressed their knowledge of it really helped me better understand the opportunities I have available.
I found great interest in how the organizer presented their information with up beat energy and passion throughout the entire event. Learning the importance of focusing on ones own strengths presented a new outlook for how I should express myself in my own work and what I wish to do in the future. It especially left an impact in how I plan to choose my career and the vision I have for my pre-grad and post-grad education.
A review of what is involved with the scholarship program, the changes that have come since last semester which involved having only 1 advisor'/changes to requirements, and the personal questions from those wondering over their status in the program.
