I thoroughly enjoyed serving as a student volunteer for The Love Scene, helping set up and serving as an on-site hand. This was a great opportunity for me to learn about the business and management side of live productions!
I enjoyed my time working with the high school students at Frederick Douglass High School and teaching them musical skills. We ended the day with a dynamic performance, applying all of our skills.
I had so much fun prepping meals for my community!
Had lots of fun sorting books and providing education for those in need.
I had a very peaceful time working with others to organize and pack away books for kids in Africa. I hope to come back soon.
I learned how strenuous and intricate the process of planting a tree is. I now know how important trees are in providing not only aesthetics in neighborhoods but it's important in the community and nature.
