Delivered items to moms club coordinator, sorted items, took pictures of items, and uploaded them to website for parents club auction 3/14.
Volunteered at The Summit at the Bentonville airport directing parking, handing out informational flyers and directing people.
I transported auction items from the Chi O house to an office in Bentonville and logged them into a spreadsheet for the Mom's Club committee (1/24–2/21). I also assisted with uploading items to 32auctions.com for the Mom's Club auction (2/21). Lastly, I helped set up and check out moms/members during the Mom's Club auction on March 1st.
Helped with checking in bikers and cleaned up event area at Coler MTB Preserve in Bentonville.
Created an email alias for Chi O moms club email chain. Typed all members of mom's club name and emails and added them to a group for the ease of emailing a large group as well as send invitations for new moms to join the google group.
The event was donating food and helping pack Thanksgiving food bags.
Great experience it was so fun!
Brought 2 bags of candy for the Halloween carnival.
