    GARDEN HOUR:
This hour was extremely productive. I have to thank Ruby for giving us the materials for us to plant a variety of plants. We were able to get squashes and sunflowers. I was also able to teach a new student, De, about gardening.

The Impact of Social Media and Perfectionism on College Students (Mental Health - SSP Mini Session #3)

It was very insightful. I leanred a lot about social media and setting bounderies. One thing that stood out to me thay I reallt liked was the phone usage checkin. I was aware my phone usage was high but it was embarrassing seeing the number. So, now I know what to work on.

DMSI: Build Our Mental Wellness and Connect with Others

This event was very insightful and affirming to me because of a lot of the talking points were things I already believed in: Healthy Romantic and Platonic Relationships, Healthy Boundary Setting, and the Importance of therapy were all topics that were covered. The thing that stood out the most was understanding that you do not need to be in crisis in order to go to therapy.

    FIGHTERS FOR FELIGNS TOURNAMENT
    **********************************************
This was an enjoyable event. I learned the importance of the gift of charity and fund-raising. Though initially, we had started off slow with not that many people showing up. Yet as time went on, we finally got a sizable amount of people who were able to have fun. I learned a bit more about how setting up tournaments work and leadership skills.

What was really important though, was being able to raise $153 for the charity "A Cat's Life Rescue." Knowing that makes me feel really good--not only did we have fun but we did something for a good cause.

    Refresh Spring 25 meeting

It was an enjoyable session. I learned about the rules and expectations regarding how to earn hours. Now that I know about earning hours with outside organizations, I can better adjust myself better this upcoming semester.

    Refresh Spring 25 meeting

I learned a lot about what was going to be important in the upcoming semester for the Promise Scholarship.
Firstly, understanding that cameras had to be turned on was new. Next, learning about the mandatory meetings being changed was another thing that was really nice to learn about.
All in all, I am ready for this new change.

    End of Year Semester Meeting

I learned new things about the Special Scholarships requirements. The most notable thing being 5 mini sessions throughout the semester we need to attend and the 2 additional meetings; that being the Refresh Session (Janurary 14 or 15 from 11:30-12:30 and 4:30-5:30 respectively) and the end of year Session.

GAMING CLUB - DND ONE SHOT NIGHT
If it said the character creation workshop was the funest event I've helped to plan, then this one blows it out of the water. It was a wonderful experience hosting for the event because I'd took what was struggling with and learned from it. This time I was taking more of a leadership role making sure that everyone was comfortable, setting expectations as well as having fun with everyone there! I was able to make a character named Shelia and just have a great time. I would 100% help host this again.

DMSI - Managing & Beating Academic Fatigue
I learned about topics related to academic fatigue such as pace and energy drainage. It was nice being with likeminded people to share some issues I was dealing with at the time with my time magement. I learned ways to address academic fatigue such as:
    - Positive reinforcement
    - rest
    - Self-kindness
I am taking this with me as I move forward with my academic journey.
