Today I was able to serve at the Greater Atlanta Girl Scout Inc Con. While here I worked as a parking attendant ensuring members, guests, vendors, etc., all got to the right parking lots and were able to access the building properly. I loved volunteering at this event and was able to meet girl scouts, Clark Atlanta students, and other Spelman students and alumna!

Today I was able to serve at the Jonesboro Community Food Center. While at the morning distribution, I filled shelves, helped neighbors navigate the store, bagged groceries, and helped individuals to their cars. With being bilingual, I was also able to further help and assist Spanish-speaking neighbors! I enjoyed my time at this distribution center and excited to go back.

Today I was able to serve at the ATL Food Bank. While here, I worked in the produce section, dividing locally grown carrots, and bagging them to be given to families in need. I really enjoyed my task and was able to meet a Spelman sister while there!

This event was very impactful, and I had an awesome time with the young girls of the program as we made bracelets, flower bouquets, and gained insightful feedback from the panelists.
