During this service, I assisted with preparing and serving meals, engaged directly with attendees to ensure a welcoming experience, and maintained cleanliness by organizing and sanitizing my station after the event.

I was assigned an additional week to assist students with their science fair projects. During this time, I defined the concepts of independent and dependent variables and emphasized the importance of using reliable sources in their research.

This experience was eye-opening, as it was my first visit to Aggie Source. Upon arrival, I was assigned the tasks of folding and sorting clothing to prepare them for the designated area where students can shop for professional attire. Additionally, I was responsible for sanitizing the items and organizing the clothing by size. This opportunity allowed me to contribute to a meaningful initiative while gaining valuable insights into the importance of providing accessible resources for students.

I had a wonderful experience at Aggie Academy, where I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with fourth-grade students. I assisted them in developing their methods and procedures for their science fair projects, as well as guiding them in identifying reliable sources for their research. This hands-on involvement not only enhanced their learning but also allowed me to build meaningful relationships with the staff and students.
