I went to the mixer to meet other promise scholars and play games. It was a fun event to go to in between classes and do something different from my normal routine.

The Owl Life Expo allowed me to see what clubs PGCC has to offer and how to get more involved in student activities. While at the expo I saw clubs such as the volunteer club, SGA, PGCC and campus activities board. PGCC has many clubs and services and there is something for everyone.

This scholarship session allowed me to reflect on my leadership styles and how they can be beneficial to me. Using the Disk assessment I was able to figure out what type of leader I am and how that can help me moving forward. During the session we also talked about our "superpowers" and how they help us to be the best versions of ourselves. Some of the "superpowers" included things like multitasking, being caring, and having drive.
