I had a very good time at the trail cleanup! We cleaned the area by the Walton parking garage. The weather was very nice and the environment was very peaceful. I met new people and had a lot of fun, all while cleaning our campus and making our spaces cleaner!
It was very fun! We painted bandanas for shelter dogs and cats. While doing the bandanas, I got the opportunity to introduce myself and get to know other freshmen on campus. It was a great way to get to know others while helping and volunteering for a shelter.
I had fun! We toured the botanical gardens and then cleaned pots for reuse. I had the opportunity to meet other volunteers and get to know more about the Fayetteville community. It was interesting to learn about the different gardens, plants, and wildlife in the area, while also participating in the Make a Difference day activities!
