It's been a while since I'd volunteered at the 7hills Homeless Shelter. I sorted through the bags of donated items (clothes, shoes, cups, etc.) and did laundry. After that, I did my favorite part which was cleaning and organizing the clothing room. I also helped a couple of people find outfits to wear, which is always a nice experience. I enjoy being able to help and make an impact!

Volunteering here was even more exciting than last time. I got to reorganize and tidy up the clothing room and during my time in there I met so many wonderful people. I really enjoyed listening to their stories and helping them pick out cute clothes. It felt amazing to see their needs being met and just being an ear for them to talk to. Everyone is extremely kind and grateful and it's a nice atmosphere to volunteer in.

I really enjoyed volunteering at the 7hills shelter. Everyone was super nice and helpful and I really enjoyed helping people today. Whether it was something as simple as giving out water or stocking the pantry, it really had a positive impact on my day. I will definitely volunteer again and I'm extremely grateful to have the opportunity to help those in need.
