Super easy volunteer opportunity! Helped monitor, check in, and line up athletes for their track and field running events! They provided water and food!
This was the best experience! We arrived at 4:30, got all of our resources and an overview of our responsibilities that night. The volunteer coordinator was very friendly and was able to share what World Vision was about, why he was so passionate about it, and why we should be. The concert started at 7, and we were stationed in a section of the stadium. During intermission, we passed out pamphlets for World Vision and explained to anyone asking what World Vision was about. Overall, it was a great volunteer experience, we were able to watch the concert while we were volunteering for free, and I would definitely do it again when they come back.
