Wise Owl Tree Company held a fun evening class on helpful and harmful insects and fungi. I learned quite a lot on what to look for on our Michigan trees. I hope they can offer more classes in the future with Wise Owl!
Becky is the expert! So lucky to have her in this city to teach us all. I’ve definitely been cutting my trees wrong my whole life and am glad I know what to do differently now with the 3 cut method. I usually dread pruning but now I’m excited to use this new knowledge. Thank you for hosting this virtually so we could still enjoy while being home safe from the snow storm.
A lovely informative class of the basics of tree planting benefits and Grand Rapids tree history. Becky glowed with pure passion and excitement as she presented and was ready with answers to every question. I took this class as part of being community forester certified and learned a few new things!
