As a volunteer with the CEO Club at UNCG, helping out at the Student Marketplace on College Avenue was such a rewarding experience. The whole avenue was lined with student-run booths—each one showing off unique talents, whether it was handmade jewelry, custom art, thrifted fashion, or even crocheted items. You could really feel the creativity and action in the air.

I got to help vendors set up their tables in the morning, making sure they had everything they needed—from tents, tables and chairs, and just overall offering assistance. Throughout the day, I floated between booths, checking in with vendors, and guided guests. We also had music playing and the CEO table was selling drinks and snacks.

I helped set up in the morning from 8AM-9AM before my class. Then, after I was done with classes for the day I came back at 12:30PM and stayed until 6:30PM

I had the chance to volunteer at the Campus Clean-Up event hosted by ACE at UNCG, and it honestly turned out to be a super meaningful experience. The goal was simple—help beautify the campus by picking up litter, tidying up outdoor spaces, and encouraging students to take pride in their environment.

We met up early on the EUC Lawn, where ACE had a check-in table with gloves, trash bags, grabbers, and some light snacks and water. Everyone got into small groups and headed out to different areas of campus. We picked up trash, wiped down benches, and even planted a few flowers in some spots.
