During the month of April, I volunteered with the The Institutes CPCU Society in my role as Vice-Chair of the Emerging Leaders Committee. In this capacity, I actively participated in committee meetings and supported key initiatives aimed at developing and engaging emerging leaders within the industry. I also connected with prospective volunteers, helping to foster involvement, strengthen the talent pipeline, and encourage continued professional growth within the organization.

During the month of April, I volunteered with Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators (SITE) in several capacities. The primary focus of my time was serving as Vice President of Programs, where I facilitated the spring session of Train the Trainer. This experience was especially meaningful, as it allowed me to further develop my own facilitation skills while also supporting the growth and development of fellow trainers and educators within the insurance industry.

In addition, I contributed to the planning and organization of the monthly webinar and actively participated as a member of the conference committee.
