This event was a lot of fun. My grandpa and brother in law both served in the army so this type of service means a lot to me and my family. I appreciate how a wide variety of materials were provided to us and the friendly atmosphere that was present during the event.
I had a lot of fun at this event. I thought the people hosting it were very kind and engaging. Not to mention that the cause is really important. The only thing I wish was different was the set up process. It took us a hot minute to find some pens, which was an issue because we specifically needed pens with black ink to fill out the voter registration documents. We eventually got the pens so it all worked out, I just hope we can be more prepared next time. Overall I loved the event. It was a great way to get involved with the community while supporting a good cause. I would love to work with Get Loud again in the future.
This is my second time doing this specific event, and I loved it even more the second time. The leaders were so kind, the card were really cute, and the instructions about what to put in and leave out of the cards were super clear. Would definitely do this event again in the future!
This was my first time volunteering on campus, and it was an amazing experience. All the materials were provided, the leaders were informative and kind, and the cause was extremely important to me. I would definitely attend an event similar to this in the future.
