I met lots of new people and I was able to communicate to Shadwick about my future in Nutrition and Dietetics. This is such a good day to start my day!
I went to Cobblestone Farms for 3 hours. We did farm work such as adding compost to new garden beds, moving rocks and cinderblocks out of the way, and picking up extra tools around the farm. This was a really rewarding experience, especially since my grandparents lived on a farm.
This was really fun and a nice way to connect with everyone in CAC. I made 2 posters for our Walk Against Cancer coming up in a few weeks. It was an easy way to promote the walk and stand up for the people battling with cancer.
We made cards for domestic violence survivors. This was really special to me because I know a few DV survivors. I loved writing encouraging notes on the inside.
It was so nice outside and we got a lot of cutting and shoveling out of the way. It was a great way to start my day!!
This was really fun to be able to get outside and work on the plants with my friends. It was such a nice day out and I can't wait to go again!
At this meeting, we put 50 bags together for patients going through cancer treatment. The bags included fuzzy socks, lotion, magazines, and wool hats. My grandpa had cancer and I know this stuff helped him so much. I'm so happy to be apart of this community.

Love and Light Night- We wrote Valentine's Day cards for Northwest Arkansas Children's Hospital. This was so special to me because it allowed us to give love to the children who need it the most. Giving the children cards of love and encouragement over the next week is so important for their mental health and well-being. Every child deserves to be loved and I am glad we could do this for them.
I helped set up tables and chairs in the kitchen after ELXR yoga.
I donated needed products to Community against Cancer. The items were for kids with cancer in the hospital. This was very rewarding and I am planning to do it again.
