This was so much fun! I’m already planning on doing this again!
Had a lot of fun cleaning up portland it’s wonderful to give back to a city that has given so much to me
This was my first time officially volunteering and I’m really happy to have done it with SOLVE. The staff was very organized and I appreciate how they prioritized everyones safety (regarding hazardous trash and being mindful of traffic). During my time, I was able to fill up 2 full trash bags that mostly contained cigarette butts and food wrappers. This was an awesome experience so I would definitely do something similar in the future!
