UARK Student Poll

I could not find the link but one thing I am super passionate about that would make this campus better is having more parking available. I do not know a single person that has not received a parking ticket this year or has had to move their car before a game. There should be more parking available to dorms and even guest parking spots for family.

I was not able to find a link, but I think there are several ways to improve campus life. The first issue in my opinion is parking. There needs to be more on campus parking so students can get to their class on time without risking getting a ticket. Another thing that would help is buses being on time at bus stops and possibly having more buses running during the day to reduce the amount of students waiting for a bus.

So something I think would make this campus better for the students is more parking lots closer to dorms so that way people aren’t walking farther if they don’t have close parking at night. My roommate has a 10 minute walk to her car and it might not seem that far but at night it can be scary and not safe for her to walk that far. So allowing more closer parking would help benefit students in my opinion thank you.

Currently, there are very few lots for us to park in which results in many people illegally parking in other spots and getting tickets. With more parking lots for the students on campus, there would be less need for parking enforcement because less people would be parking where they shouldn't be.
