I really enjoy giving the University feedback, I love that they listen to their students!

I love that the University of Arkansas cares to hear about their students and strives to make campus better.

Since I couldn't find the link I will give some insight as a member of the student advisory board! It is so important to take into consideration the thoughts of students and staff on campus. Some issues I have seen include resolving the problem of speeding on campus by adding additional speed check monitors or maybe even rumble strips. There is also a debate between if we need increased security or police officers on campus and interestingly, majority of students prefer the thought of security over police. Some other topics included, parking, lighting, and transit. Also, safe ride needs more advertisement!! I have heard of many students deterred from using safe ride because they are under the impression it is only for very serious emergencies or people under the influence, which shouldn't be the case. Overall, I have loved getting to share my thoughts and hear the experience of others in board meetings and I am sure this poll is just as insightful.

I appreciated having the chance to give my opinion as a student on what could be improved around campus.

Getting to share specific experiences with university staff to allow them to better our campus and environment means so much! I am so thankful to have a school that is willing to change what is needed for students to thrive!
