I learned about the different clubs and organizations; such as the TRIO program, the Women of Wisdom program, the Honors program, and more. I also was able to meet new people and some of the PGCC staff.
I really enjoyed this event, and it was good that it was inside considering how hot it was yesterday.
I had a ton of fun and would most definitely do this again if I had the chance
I went to the carnival and met with different advisors and staffs to learn more about the program. We received stamps for each table we attended to and got the chance to learn more about. I enjoyed the environment, the music, the interactions, and the games. This was a fun and I can't wait to get more experience!
At this event I was able to open up more to my peers as I learned about different groups, clubs, and events on campus. Walking through the event also helped me learn to navigate that section of the campus better.
I was given the opportunity to be at the stand for DMSI and give out information about the program and how it had impacted my life and how it could benefit new students who joined it. I felt as if the spot where it was held could have been better as it was very Crowded even through it had a lot of traffic of students coming in and out.
