I learned about social/mental health concepts. This includes Imposter Syndrome, code-switching, and fitting in vs. belonging.

The meeting was very informative. I didn’t know what code switching was at first, and now that I understand what it is, it’s very important for individuals. It was nice to know how different fitting in and belonging can be, and helps you choose what would fit better.
