Being able to serve the citizens of Crittenden County through a record sealing clinic was such a pleasure. While helping each client, we got to converse about how sealing their record would allow them to move on with their life so that a past crime would not define them forever. One client was going to nursing school and another was sending out job applications the next day. It was a very neat experience to provide legal help to folks that would immediately feel the impact.

This was a great opportunity to use the skills we are learning everyday, and watch them make an impact in real time. Since we are able to serve the NWA community more frequently, I appreciate that the school and Legal Aid makes an effort to serve the eastern part of the state as well.
