3rd Annual Aggies Day of Service

Volunteer check-in will be on the 3rd Floor Landing of the Student Center beginning at 10:00am.  Registered Volunteers will receive a event t-shirt

East Greensboro Community Clean-Up and Beautification in partnership with Habitat for Humanity and Greensboro Parks and Recreation.

o   Service Directions: 

1.      The group (60) needs to split into 2 groups (30/ea).

2.      One group will park at St. Matthew UMC (600 East Florida Street) and the other group will park at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church (408 Martin Luther King Dr).

3.      They will start at the parking locations and meet in the middle.  Side streets and neighborhoods are available for cleanup.

4.      Upon completion groups will need to submit the location of the bags for pick-up.  Location details should include:  cross street (i.e. Benbow and Tuskaloosa).  Groups should try to keep as many bags together as possible for fewer pick-ups.

5.      Supplies needed:  vests, gloves, orange trash bags, trash grabbers
