Wrote letters to stationed troops with my small mentor group. We wanted to thank them for their service and dedication towards us and our country.

Wrote several letters to the stationed Iron Rakassan's to let them know that their service is immensely appreciated.

Today, I volunteered to help set up the garden to be ready for more planting in the upcoming new semester. I helped dig a trench along the edges of the garden as well as raking leaves for compost and getting rid of the gravel. We ended our service by picking out of a few vegetables for our own. Overall, it was a great experience and look forward to going back in January!

Did some weed pulling around several plants for the most part. I think that it was great being able to make an area look better just by clearing up a lot of unnecessary weeds.
