Holiday Bingo at the YRCC was a success. The morning started out by making sure the gym and kids room was ready for guest to arrive. I was in charge of standing and helping to pass out the prizes for winners of our bingo games, so I made sure my station was ready to go. After the event started, I spent time back and forth helping the kids and passing out gifts. The event ran smoothly and it was a special time watching those in community come together for the Holidays.

This week at the Yvonne Richardson Community Center, it was time to set up the supplies and decorations for Holiday Bingo. The event was Saturday 12/2, so I arrived to the YRCC the night before to help prepare for the next day. I put out tables, chairs, table cloths, decoration, the prizes to win, the food station, and ultimately made the gym feel welcoming for the following day.

This week at the Yvonne Richardson Community Center, I worked on receiving the last donations for the Holiday Bingo on December 2nd. I called and emailed companies to get final prizes for the event. I also followed up with companies that needed a manger in the store to approve donations.

This week at the Yvonne Richardson Community Center, I meet with Josh and made a game plan on when and where I will retrieve the prizes for Holiday Bingo. We sat down and walked through the information I will give each company as well as the flyers. I then sit off to collect prizes in the community. When going to these restaurants, companies, and store, I gave a packet filled with information about the YRCC and Holiday Bingo.

This week I finished making calls for possible donations for the Yvonne Richardson Community Center. I had finished over half of the calls the week before so I made sure to complete the calls this week. I also sent out emails to businesses who preferred email as their source of communication. I also followed up with businesses who I had left voicemails for the week before and found times to pick up the items.

This week I began making calls for the Yvonne Richardson Community Center looking for possible donations for our event. I first started by going through and making sure we had every email and number from the businesses. I then starting making calls and asking for times to pick up the donations and updating the spreed sheet to keep Josh at the YRCC involved and up to date with all the information.

This week I went into the Yvonne Richardson Community Center and touched base with the team regarding Holiday Bingo. I began gathering numbers and emails to collect donations and calling different companies to see if they would be willing to donate.

This week I worked on Holiday Bingo for the YRCC from my home. I started working on potential options for donations for the bingo prizes, and I gathered information on different stores and business in the area that may be willing to donate. I went through and find different options for prices points for the prize items that will be given out during the event. I put this information in a doc so I can began calling these business next week.

This week I went into the Yvonne Richard Community Center to continue working on Holiday Bingo. I printed the flyers I had made and figured out which one would look best for the community to see. I also worked on a QR code for the event for people to RSVP for bingo. After working on these two things, I continued to research more on catering ideas.

This week I worked on the YRCC Holiday Bingo Event from home. I was given my instructions on what I need to be working on and got to work. I started finding potential options for catering for Holiday Bingo. I emailed, called, and searched online to find the best pricing for the expected amount of people that will be in attendance at the event. I made a google doc and placed all the catering information to have for the future when making our final decisions.
