I think one of my favorite ways to get service hours EVERRRR!!! Being able to help run the concession stand, spend time with families that are also serving, and getting to watch some high school football just made the perfect Thursday night! After this my friends and I immediately went and registered for the Friday night game the week after! I'm not from Fayetteville, but working these concessions gave me a sweet feeling of home and my high school experience.

I enjoy doing community service and giving back to organizations that benefit directly other people, and this is one of those opportunities that fit just that! This was an easy way to spend our money wisely and make an impact while also benefitting another #Chi Omega sister because this is her organization.

I had a really fun time picking up trash around the woods that surround the lake! It was great weather, and there were a lot of hands out there to better the environment that we all live in. The two volunteers working the clean-up were super nice in directing us to areas that needed a little more attention, and offering us some insight about the environmental study center and all the different animals in the woods. There were snacks and free items offered as a little bonus for all our hard work.

Had a whole bunch of fun working the union mall carnival on this day! Would 100000% do this next year, it was so rewarding seeing all the faces of students that are so done with school right now get a much needed break from all the go go go.

A little bit different then all the fun and games I got to partake and run with my other hour of work for the carnival, but this was the clean down portion. Got to smell some sticky trash, fold some greased up boxes from the food trucks, and go a whole lotta sunshine. Overall a fun and hard way to end a good service session!
