Glad I participated in the trash clean up for the community. We collected quite a bit of trash and there was a visible difference in the cleanliness around the road.

I thoroughly enjoyed writing cards to Sickle Cell Patients. I was born with the disease, so seeing people contribute to the cause warmed my heart. I made a total of three cards and wrote encouraging and uplifting messages on each one.

For this community service event, ALD volunteered to help set up the 12th annual Race for a Future 5K Event with Hayes-Taylor Memorial YMCA. It was a fun way to get out in the community and support Greensboro.
