I hosted my Community Period Party and handed out handmade menstrual kits for the Glenwood Community. It was a great event, and the participants enjoyed the information they learned.
Set up and assembly for the period kits being given out Thursday April 3rd at Glenwood Together. Members from NCNW and interns from Divine Drops attended to put the kits together. We made 40 personalized period kits and also collected 300+ period hygiene products through our month-long March period drive.

I aided with the afterschool students. Started with giving out snack and then we went outside. The first half of students played on the black top while the other half of students played on the playground.
I did my daily clean of the elementary library and I helped get the after-school students settled in and ready to go outside.
Organized and arranged donated books to the elementary library. I organized and cleaned up the space. I caught up with Peyton about the past few weeks and how things are going with my Hope hours.
Aided in afterschool. Played with students on the black basketball court.
Helped with afterschool and assisted Peyton with the students before the day was over.
Me and my site leader met and had lunch. We talked about the upcoming event and gave updates about locations, times and refreshments.
