What I liked most about this experience was that we got to work with students. As of right now, I am wanting to work with adolescents, and this was a great opportunity to see what that would look like in a school setting. My key takeaway from this learning experience was being able to step into a professional setting. I was able to think back on class material for things such as professional langauage, postures, and actions, while still being able to bond with the kids.

This week, we started our first session with 6th, 7th, and 8th grade girls. We went over teamwork and respect and completed the egg race, cross the line, and the quiet line-up.
