I introduced the chemical reaction that happens when salt interacts with ice, and it was rewarding to watch students connect the concept to a real experience. As they shook a bag of juice inside a larger bag filled with ice and salt, they observed how salt lowers the freezing point of ice. Seeing their excitement as the juice slowly turned into slush made the science behind the reaction feel much more tangible and meaningful.

I served with the Pre-Dental Society to host the Increasing Diversity in Dentistry Summit at Spelman. Throughout the event, I greeted participants as they arrived, answered quick questions, and guided them to the correct tables. It gave me the opportunity to support the organization and contribute to a seamless check-in experience.

Donated packaged goods such as crackers and fruit snacks to those suffering from food insecurity in the Atlanta community.
