I had a great time removing rocks from the beds on the side of the church. It was pretty tedious, but in the end the visible difference was worth it. Pastor Wesley’s words about building upon the legacy of the garden was also very inspiring. I had the pleasure of speaking with him for a few minutes after the service.

We helped to prune the beds and also weed some plants behind the church. I was also able to get some fresh rosemary.
I helped to weed the beds and also harvest sweet potatoes. I also had the chance to try some sort of plant, but I forgot which one it was. Lastly I spoke with the pastor of the church about the impact the garden has on the church.
I donated a toothbrush and some toothpaste for a local shelter.
I donated 10 dental hygiene products including toothbrushes and toothpastes.
Helped set up chairs, serve food, and clean up. I also played the music.
I had a great time weeding various parts of the garden and also pruning some large plants. I also really enjoyed the tour. I never would have thought the garden had so much to offer. The trail, wetlands, seating areas, and meditation area all inspired me to want to go back. And not just to volunteer
I helped cut some wood for the new raised bed and I also help to weed and reestablish the old beds for the springtime.
I had a great time building a raised bed and reestablishing the grounded beds for the spring and summer. There is still lots of work to do.
I went to aggie source and collected a few items to donate. 6 in total. I got a toothbrush, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, facial cream, deodorant, and toothpaste.
