It was awesome! Very friendly workers!

On this day I rolled shirts, interacted with clients, and helped cook and serve dinner. This was a really valuable experience for me as I got to know different clients and hear about their lives and struggles. This really helped me to understand their hardships better and continued to inspire me to do what I can to help here.

Helped organize clothes

I have never been to a homeless shelter before so serving here was eye opening to something I had no idea about. I’m glad I got to gain awareness and experience serving and helping with what I could!
