Because of this event, I know I can take my newly gained right to vote more seriously, and will make sure to do my research so that I’m prepared when election day comes.

I learned about the deadlines for voting, and I learned about the importance of why voting is important. I was able to learn about the senators, and the rules in Annapolis and I got to meet new people in the meeting.
